Earlier this month, Costco quietly rolled out a gift registry service on its website, powered by MyRegistry.com.
You can set up a registry for anything, whether it's a wedding or a baby or a new home. The service is completely free for couples and wedding guests, even if they don't have a Costco membership.
Costco has long had a Weddings By Costco service that let couples buy rings, flowers, invitations, and even honeymoon packages at a discount. So it makes perfect sense that they can now register for wedding presents at the warehouse store, too.
But it doesn't seem like you can register for just anything, because "add to registry" doesn't appear on every page.If you want to set one up, you can hit "add to registry" on many product pages at Costco.com.
